What are the pieces made out of?
All of our pieces are handmade from high-quality ceramic.
Is it safe to use?
Yes. We only use non-toxic, food-safe materials. Each piece is fired twice at extremely high temperatures, which vitrifies the clay and creates a durable, glass-like layer inside and out. The glossy glaze you see on the outside is the same on the inside, so it’s safe to use and won’t melt or be damaged by a lighter.
I heard it isn’t safe to smoke from ceramic. Is that true?
Ceramics can be unsafe if they’re made with toxic materials or not properly fired and glazed. Our process ensures safety: we use only non-toxic glazes and fire every piece twice to create a strong, vitrified surface that won’t release harmful chemicals.
How do I clean it?
We recommend the alcohol-and-salt method for a thorough clean. Just be sure to rinse well with warm water after.
Do you take custom orders?
Not at the moment, but we may offer them again in the future.
When will I receive my order?
If the item you ordered is in stock, it will ship within 3–5 business days.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Because each piece is handmade and hand-painted, slight variations in color and detail make every one unique. The overall design will always match the listing.
My package was returned to sender. What should I do?
If your package was returned, please contact us through our website and include your order number. A new shipping label will be required, and the buyer is responsible for the cost. We’ll send you a link to pay for the new label and re-ship your order.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
Yes. Every customer is responsible for paying customs fees imposed by their country.
